1. What exactly is Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl)? Hypochlorous Acid is a powerful, nature-inspired oxidant. While it is found in the natural world as a key element of defense, we use advanced electrolysis to create a stable, high-purity version. The result is a professional-grade cleanser that is tough on environmental grime but gentle on your home.

2. Why does it smell more/ less strong as to what I expected? If your mist has a very faint pool scent, don't worry—that’s normal! However, if it has absolutely no scent at all, it may have been stored in direct sunlight or past its peak potency. Because we precision-test every batch to 200ppm (PRO) or 100ppm (Everyday), that light 'pool-side' aroma is your visual and olfactory 'green light' that the oxidative molecules are active and ready to work. If it smells like plain water, it likely is just plain water! 

3. Is NovaZyne safe to use around my kids and pets? Yes! That is the NovaZyne difference. It is 100% alcohol-free, fragrance-free, and contains no harsh chemicals. It is ideal for high-contact areas like high chairs, pet beds, and toys where you want a deep clean without the worry of "sticky" or toxic chemical residues.

4. Do I need to rinse it off after spraying? No. NovaZyne is a "no-rinse" solution. After it breaks down surface impurities, it simply dissipates into a trace amount of saline and water. This makes it a perfect, low-effort choice for high-use areas like kitchen benches and high-traffic surfaces.

5. How should I store my NovaZyne? To keep your NovaZyne at maximum strength:

  • Store it in a cool, dry place.

  • Keep it out of direct sunlight. Our Black HDPE bottles are designed to block UV light, which protects the HOCl from breaking down.

  • Ensure the trigger is set to 'X' when not in use.

6. How long does a bottle last? Because we produce and bottle fresh in Torquay, your NovaZyne is at peak potency when it arrives. For the best cleaning results, we recommend using your bottle within 6 months of purchase.

7. I live in Torquay (3228). How does Free Delivery work? If your shipping address is in the 3228 postcode (Torquay, Jan Juc, or Bellbrae), the shipping fee will automatically drop to $0.00 at checkout. We love supporting our locals and will hand-deliver your order to your door as fast as we can. Regular and express shipping is also available.
